The Mumbai Indians franchise added a total of 18 players to its squad during the IPL mega auction. This year, New Zealand fast bowler Trent Boult is the most expensive player for Mumbai Indians, who was bought by Mumbai Indians for ₹12.50 crore. MI Retained Players List 2025
Mumbai Indians franchise has retained a total of 5 players Hardik Pandya, Surya Kumar Yadav, Jaspreet Bumrah, Rohit Sharma and Tilak Verma. Jaspreet Bumrah is the most expensive player among all these players which was retained by Mumbai Indians at a price of 18 Crore INR.
Like other teams, Mumbai Indians also had Rs 120 crore in their purse, out of which Mumbai Indians spent Rs 75 crore to retain these 5 players. In the IPL 2024 mega auction, Mumbai Indians bought 18 players for the remaining Rs 45 crore.
